This design was proposed for the architectural firm 3XN. The building is located on Union Quay in the heart of Cork City. The brief was to create a space for an architectural firm with studios for four teams, directors office, area to exhibit the firms work and awards and finally, a conference room. The design aim was to create studio spaces that feel connected to one another and to the other spaces in the office. I created four slicing voids that create a long angled bridge on the first floor that let light through to the ground floor from the sky lights above.
